Comedy venues in Scotland are almost entirely cashless. Late shows run past midnight in Fringe season; check late-night public transport before booking if you're not staying in the city.

Planning tips

If a Fringe show has strong word of mouth, tickets go fast for the final weekend — book earlier in the run for the best pick of seats. During the rest of the year, Friday and Saturday club tickets can usually be booked on the day.
